Personalised songs 4u

Looking for a special gift – and a cool one – for someone you like, love or lust after?

What could be better than a personalised song?

That’s right. A song written specially for the person you love.

Whether it’s for Valentine’s, a birthday, anniversary, wedding or retirement – say it with a song.

Unique

Our unique personalised songwriting service is totally unique, we think. And even if there is someone else out there doing this, it’s highly unlikely (with all due respect) that their songs are as good. Or at least they’ll be different. In a not so good way.

Personalised

We write your song to commission – just for you and no-one else. There are no tricks, templates, cut & paste or studio fix-ups going on. Just plain honest to goodness songwriting with a tune and a set of words that will make your heart sing. Oh yes.

What do you have to do?

Just tell us the name of the person you want to celebrate – plus some info about them, such as hair colour, eye colour how you met, their likes and dislikes and any quirks you want to mention. We’ll do the rest.

What do you get for your hard-earned cash?

There are three options:

  1. Free Range Service (£250): We provide you with an mp3 of us singing the song to full musical accompaniment.
  2. Organic Free Range Service (£275): You still get the recording, plus we provide you with the lyrics and guitar tabs written out so that you can learn it easily for yourself.
  3. Born Free and Living the Dream Service (£400): You get all of the above and we’ll come round to your house and perform it as a one-off (additional travel costs apply).

Order your song now by emailing diegobrownmail@gmail.com. We’ll get right back to you.

When can you expect your song?

Because each song is lovingly hand-crafted just for you, it can take a month from placing your order to receiving your song. So our advice is to book ahead.

How do you know we’re any good?

Don’t just take our word for it. Here’s what some of our Patrons of the Hearts have said so far:

“I want to thank you for adding so much to Helen’s day. She told me that you singing to her is a memory that will stay with her forever. The song was fantastic and everybody there loved it.”

“We love it! It’s really personal to them, which is what we wanted. Thank you again. It’s better than we imagined.”

“it’s brilliant! Thanks so much, he’s going to love it!”

“Thanks for a brilliantly creative, clever and catchy song for my husband Steve’s 30th birthday. I must stop singing it all the time – it will give him a big head. A great present for people who like their gifts low in carbon and high in thoughtfulness.”

“I just wanted to let you know how lovely it was to gift your song yesterday – the perfect thoughtful, playful gift. He thought it was brilliant. We both had the chorus absolutely stuck in our heads this morning (I heard him whistling it in the shower), which is probably slightly weirder for him than for me!”

And here’s one of the most recent gift songs: Mud & Chocolate and it was a present for Sara to celebrate her getting an allotment after more than 10 years on the waiting list. She’s a big music fan (especially of Elvis Costello) – so you might notice a few references:

This one was for Joshua for Valentine’s day 2012. Josh is a West Ham fan and into politics. He and his girlfriend met at a party conference in Brighton.

Here’s another one  – for the eponymous hero, a fellow of exquisite taste in music (Tom Waits, Dinosaur Jnr), a fan of the poet Thomas Lovell Beddoes, and a specialist in the digital world:

Tom Chandler Allen/The Password

  • have come across your website while looking for a service that can write a personalised song for a big birthday celebration.

Ideally, I would love it if I could help with the lyrics and also if there is any chance that an accompanying sheet of guitar music could be provided with the song so that the recipient could play it themselves (something quite simple).
I would need it by early April and ideally would like a little bit of a rock style (think Goo Goo Dolls – Iris as an example)

I would love to know if you could help.
